Plain-English summary You're buying a license to use the GameMind desktop app and any per-game modules you purchase. We license, we don't sell — you can install on your own machines, but you can't redistribute or resell. The app reviews screenshots; it does not interact with games or anti-cheat. We make no guarantees that GameMind will improve your performance.

1. Acceptance

By installing, using, or buying access to the GameMind desktop app or any per-game module, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. What you get

The desktop app

A free download of the GameMind desktop application. The app comes with a small base coach. You can install on machines you control.

Per-game modules

Each module is a separately licensed coaching component for one specific game. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the module with the desktop app on machines you control.

3. What you may not do

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share modules outside your own use.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract module weights for republication.
Use modules to operate a paid coaching service to third parties (without a commercial license — email us).
Circumvent the entitlement system or share a single license across multiple users.
Use GameMind to violate the Terms of Service of any game it coaches.

4. Anti-cheat & game ToS

GameMind reads only screenshots that you provide. It does not inject code into games, does not read game memory, does not communicate with game processes. We believe this places GameMind outside the scope of typical anti-cheat enforcement, but we cannot make guarantees on behalf of any individual game publisher. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any module complies with the game publisher's Terms of Service.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Module purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Subscription modules can be canceled at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account.

6. Account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. No performance guarantee

GameMind is a coaching tool. It surfaces in-overlay coaching and (where opted in on green-tier titles) user-confirmed single-shot actions, all generated by local language models. We make no guarantees, express or implied, that using GameMind will improve your rank, win rate, K/D ratio, MMR, ELO, or any other measure of skill or success in any game. Coaching tools assist; they do not play the game for you.

8. Warranty disclaimer

GameMind is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JE Horizon LLC's total cumulative liability arising from your use of GameMind shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. By using GameMind, you agree to that policy.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.
