The short version Your match screenshots and the coaching notes GameMind writes about them stay on your machine. We don't see them, we don't store them, we don't sell them. We only collect what we need to run your account: your email, your purchases, and basic billing data through Stripe.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the GameMind website (gamemind.jehorizon.com), the GameMind desktop application, and the per-game coaching modules. The data controller is JE Horizon LLC. Contact: support@jehorizon.com.

2. What we collect

From your account

Email address and Google account ID — when you sign in with Google. We use these to identify your account.
Purchase history — which modules you bought, when, for how much.
Stripe customer ID — to associate you with the Stripe billing record.

From your browser

A session cookie — set when you sign in, expires when you sign out or after 30 days.
Cloudflare and Fly server logs — IP address, user agent, request paths. Retained 30 days for abuse prevention.

From the desktop app

Module download requests — when the app downloads a module you own, our server logs the request (IP, timestamp, module ID).
App version — sent with update checks so we know which version you're running.

3. What we do not collect

We do not see your match screenshots. They are read by the module on your CPU and never leave your machine.
We do not see the coaching notes the app writes. They are stored locally.
We do not read your game's process, memory, or files.
We do not track you across other sites. There are no third-party advertising trackers.

4. How we use what we collect

To authenticate you and serve your account page.
To deliver modules you purchased.
To send transactional email (purchase receipts, account changes, security notices) via Amazon SES.
To process payment via Stripe (we never see your card; Stripe does).
To respond when you contact support.

5. Who we share data with

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Google — sign-in only. We receive your verified email and Google ID.
Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending transactional email.
Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, edge security for the website and downloads.
Fly.io — hosting for our backend (the part that handles auth and downloads).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

6. Your rights

Access — sign into your account to view what we have, or email us for a copy.
Deletion — email support@jehorizon.com and we'll delete your account and personal data. Stripe billing records have a separate retention required by law.
Portability — email us for an export.
Opt out of email — every transactional email links to settings. Receipts and security notices may still send.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR. Email us to exercise them. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA — same email.

7. Data retention

Account data — kept while your account is active, then 90 days after deletion request.
Purchase records — kept 7 years (US tax / accounting requirements).
Server logs — 30 days.

8. Children

GameMind is not directed at children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU). If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects your rights, we will email registered users at the address on file. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
