Refund Policy

Plain-English summary Try a module. If it doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. We don't make you justify it. Subscription modules can also be canceled anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

1. Lifetime modules (one-time purchase)

If a lifetime per-game module isn't what you expected, email support@jehorizon.com from the email on your account, within 14 days of your purchase date. We will refund the full purchase amount and revoke the module from your account. You don't need to explain why.

4. How to request a refund

Send an email from the address on your account to support@jehorizon.com with:

We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement 3–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We are a small team and we will refund eligible purchases without requiring a card-issuer dispute. Chargebacks cost us real money in fees; if you email first, you get the same outcome without that cost.
