Refund Policy

1. Lifetime modules (one-time purchase)
If a lifetime per-game module isn't what you expected, email support@jehorizon.com from the email on your account, within 14 days of your purchase date. We will refund the full purchase amount and revoke the module from your account. You don't need to explain why.
2. Subscription modules (recurring)
If a subscription module isn't working out:
- Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the current period.
- First-period refund within 14 days of your first charge — email us, same as above. We will cancel the subscription and refund the first period.
- Renewals after the first period are non-refundable as a default policy, but email us anyway if something went wrong — we will work it out.
3. What we don't refund
- Purchases more than 14 days old, unless we caused the problem (a bug, a missed delivery, an outage we didn't fix).
- Renewal charges after the first period on a subscription, unless we caused the problem.
If we caused the problem, we will refund or credit you — email us.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email from the address on your account to support@jehorizon.com with:
- The module name (e.g., "Counter-Strike 2 module")
- The approximate purchase date
- The reason (optional — we don't require one within 14 days)
We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement 3–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We are a small team and we will refund eligible purchases without requiring a card-issuer dispute. Chargebacks cost us real money in fees; if you email first, you get the same outcome without that cost.
